Warehousing and eCommerce Fulfillment Services

Warehousing

Corrugated Boxes can be custom designed to include your company logo, a slogan, company name or anything in between!

Corrugated cardboard is a packaging material made out of one or multiple fiberboards. Corrugated cardboard is created via a process called fluted lamination (aka: corrugation). Utilizing all the ways that corrugated boxes can be tailored to your specific needs – we can help determine the specs of the boxes from the dimensions to ensure optimal protection, determining wall thickness to better protect during transit, along with determining the minimum edge crush test needed. 

Contract Warehousing

Needing to warehouse your product but do not want the hassle of owning/maintaining a whole facility? PSS offers contract warehousing where we only charge for the square footage used. Contracts can be short-term (month – month basis) or long-term to fit your needs. As a 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) PSS also has the flexibility to offer a broader range of services, including transportation, manufacturing, assembly and order fulfillment.

Inventory Management & Supply

All product lines are recorded into PSS inventory control system giving you a clear visible view of inventory levels. PSS offers clients the online ability to check their inventory from any location using their unique log-ins. Best for FIFO product lines.

Assembly and Kitting

Assembly and kitting and is one piece of an eCommerce fulfillment strategy. When done correctly, it can save you time and money, and get orders shipped to customers quicker. Marketing Inserts and subscription box programs are good examples.

PSS can pre-kit items together to be used as part of a broader individual SKU for future fulfillment. For example, Several units of the same SKU, prepackaged and sold at a volume discount. One or more different SKUs sold as a “virtual bundle”online, but stored separately in the warehouse.

In most cases, kitting and assembly work occurs before the item is slotted in the warehouse for picking.
